USA Rugby Opens Applications for New CEO
The USA Rugby Board of Directors has recently announced that they are searching for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the Union. With the support of Bloom Sports Partners, an all-encompassing executive search will be conducted to find the right candidate for this crucial role.
The CEO will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic planning, and oversight of all operations of USA Rugby. This includes managing the National Office staff and overseeing the High Performance programs. Additionally, the CEO will play a vital role in managing relationships with external partners such as World Rugby, the USOPC, and other domestic and global stakeholders.
The Board has expressed the importance of a thorough and detailed search for the next CEO. Emphasizing the significance of this position, the Board believes that the success of USA Rugby greatly depends on finding the right individual to take up the role.
